1.How long does drying take and what size of drying area is needed?

At a temperature of around 30°C, drying takes 6-7 hours; at around 40°C, it takes approximately 4-5 hours. Taking egg tray products as an example, a production volume of 1,000 pieces requires a drying area of at least 500 square meters.

2.What end products can be processed by the pulp molding production line?

Pulp molding equipment can process pulp products such as egg trays, egg cartons, coffee cup holders, shoe trees, industrial packaging, fruit trays, wine holders, and seedling trays.

3.What raw materials can be used to make pulp molding products?

Raw materials such as cartons, packaging paper, books, notebooks, A4 paper, document paper, and pulp can all be used to process pulp molding products.

4.When and in which pulp tank should the pulp molding pigment be added?

Before adding the dye to the homogenizing tank, calculate the required amount of color powder and additives for each tank of pulp based on the weight of the input raw materials (refer to the selected specifications for details). and put the color powder and additives into a container with a stirrer for dilution and dissolution.
